Over the past two weeks, I have had southern BBQ, Tex-Mex, Spanish tapas, plum pudding, 35 lbs of peppermint bark, 10 different types of dip, and God knows what else. IT NEEDS TO STOP. I need to go back to work. I’ve been running and going to the gym, but it is barely maintaining my weight. My wedding dress did not fit when I was at my last fitting on Wednesday. The end.
I’ve been making these turkey burgers forever. Super easy and super tasty. I might make them in meatball form next week just so I can have a grab and go lean protein to put in my lunch.
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- ground black pepper to taste
Preheat the grill for medium high heat. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients together, and form into patties. Lightly oil the grate. Place patties on the grill. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway through.
