When you get the same vegetables in your farm share two weeks in a row, it forces you to get creative. I didn’t want to make a boring old salad again with radishes, so I did some research and found this radish dip from Martha Stewart. I changed it up a bit based on what I had on hand, but it is so good. I’ve been eating it with the celery I got in the share.
- 1 bunch of radishes, cleaned and de-stemmed
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 oz feta
- 1 t lemon zest
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 t sea salt
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill (or you can eat it right away).
